James L. Bauerle is a retired Army Brigadier General, Vice President and Legislative Chariman for the Military/ Veterans Coalition of Indiana, he is leading the fight for HBOT for veterans in Indiana. In this article he mentions the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment with soldiers. Pointing to the work of Dr. Harch, who in 2008 applied his technique to combat veterans with traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder from concussive blasts.
